1. What we collect

We collect your full name, mobile number, email, and optionally your university/organisation, for the purpose of registering you for the Saudi Future exhibition and its workshops.

2. Purpose

• Issuing your QR ticket and recording attendance during the event.
• Managing workshop seats and waitlists.
• Reaching out to you when needed regarding your booking.
• Compiling internal statistics to improve future events.

3. Security

We handle your data per the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and never share it with third parties outside the Jisr initiative and approved organisers.

4. Your rights

You may at any time request to access or delete your data by contacting the organisers, or cancel your booking directly from My bookings.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained during the event and until final reporting is complete, then disposed of per initiative policies.
